Problems with Daily Sudoku and Matching Moments

Is there anyone there? I reported issues with Daily Sudoku and Matching Moments a long time ago. Nothing fixed.

Now I get an error message when I try to open the new game Tile Hero.

Error: Oops! Something went wrong loading the game. ID: 25620977  Version: 2.0.1 I have tried the suggestions and nothing. Some people do use Firefox

Please fix all three of these issues!

I double checked the game before replying and it is currently loading and playing on the Pogo website, additionally Pogo_Sconnie has not issued any service alerts as of yet. This suggests there may be a device configuration issue, which could involve browser settings, security software, or a system that needs a bit of regular maintenance or updates. You noted Firefox, and the guides below thoroughly address Firefox as well as various factors on our devices that might prevent loading.

"The Matching Moment store is messed up. There are only 3 options showing. You can see that there are more below, but can't get to them. Can only buy tokens".

Tile Hero

Upon accessing the new Pogo Player Support page, a notification appears on the right indicating that some players are experiencing difficulties with the loading of the new game. "We're aware that some players are experiencing slow load times and black screens in Tile Hero. Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix."
