Problems with games and the last survey

I have been a loyal Pogo player every day except when on a trip sometimes, even then I try to play if I can since 2007 and have been very happy with it with very few problems over the years until this last year, especially the last few months.  There have never been very many problems with it over the years and if there were problems they were fixed very quickly or I was compensated if I emailed about it.  I have only had to email about something a few times over the years.  Lately, there have been several times when I haven't got credited for things.  It has been so often compared to what it used be that I have given up reporting them.  But I just tried to do the current survey which I thought I had completed ok.  It would not accept it.  Said there were several problems.  I tried to redo the ones it had starred but it would not let me.  I gave up and am taking the time to email you.  I hope you will be able to clear up the current problems you are having mostly with the new games some of which I do like.
