Quinn's Aquarium To-Do List and "Knife and Fork" Symbol Count Reset to Zero

On December 14, 2021, Pogo released new Quinn's Aquarium content entitled "Snack Zone Part 1".

For the new "Snack Zone" area in Quinn's Aquarium, the 60 Level Completion Counters you acquire to complete story tasks are "Knife and Fork" symbols.

Ten ( 10 ) of the story tasks for each Part (a group of 60 games/levels) of a tank/area/zone in Quinn's Aquarium have an associated Game Award badge that you earn.

While I was playing Quinn's Aquarium on December 14, 2021, the Pogo site went down for maintenance.

Below is a log of my activity in Quinn's Aquarium prior to the Pogo site going down for maintenance:

1) I read the "Snack Zone Part 1" introductory text messages that were displayed.

2) I completed the Level 1 game, received a "Knife and Fork" symbol, and then completed the first To-Do List task.

3) I completed the Level 2 and 3 games, received two ( 2 ) "Knife and Fork" symbols, and then completed the second To-Do List task.

The To-Do List progress bar showed that I was half way to reaching the first gold line, which means the first Game Award badge.

The third To-Do List task requires three ( 3 ) "Knife and Fork" symbols.

4) I completed the Level 4 and 5 games and received two ( 2 ) "Knife and Fork" symbols.

5) In the Level 6 game, I matched the last pair of tiles, but the game result was not saved. I clicked the "Retry" button on subsequent pop-ups that stated my game results could not be saved.

I finally clicked the "Quit" button when I decided to just redo the Level 6 game. I was then returned to the main Pogo page, where I was greeted with a "Site Maintenance" splash page.

A few hours later, I launched Pogo and returned to playing Quinn's Aquarium.

Below is a log of what I observed in Quinn's Aquarium "Snack Zone Part 1" after the Pogo Site Maintenance:

1) On the Main Menu of Quinn's Aquarium under "Snack Zone", I saw "5/60".

This is what I expected. It shows that I completed the first 5 Levels, as the completion of Level 6 did not get saved.

2) After I clicked on the "Snack Zone", I was greeted again with the "Snack Zone Part 1" introductory text messages.

3) I had no (zero) "Knife and Fork" symbols.

4) The To-Do List progress bar was empty.

I then realized that I would now be short five ( 5 ) Level Completion Counters ("Knife and Fork" symbols) to complete all of the "Snack Zone Part 1" tasks.

So, on December 14, 2021, I opened an EA Pogo Customer Support Case (# 97841047). An EA Support person called me and told me that in 24 hours my "out of balance/sync" situation in Quinn's Aquarium would be corrected. I was also told that I could continue playing games in the "Snack Zone Part 1" area.

Before I knew it, I had completed all 60 games/levels (i.e., the remaining 55 levels) for "Snack Zone Part 1" on December 14, 2021, and the "Snack Zone" area switched to "Bonus Play" of "Random Levels".

I checked throughout the day on December 15, 2021 and December 16, 2021, and the "out of balance/sync" situation in Quinn's Aquarium did not get corrected.

I am not able to complete the final task (Get Bucket) of "Snack Zone Part 1" and get the "What A Drip Badge" Game Award.

Is my Quinn's Aquarium "Snack Zone" area corrupted?

Will I be able to play "Snack Zone Part 2" when it is released on the second Tuesday in January, 2022?
