Do you have it set that players can’t pick up frozen piles? Also, you get credit when you win the game not just the hand (winning is getting to 5,000 before your opponent.).

@Moogan1201 I have the option of playing with bots, quick play, Get started, and Ranked. None of them lets me have the option of setting anything, I can on Spades but not on Canasta, Thank You Moogan.,

Do this...
Click on FIND A FRIEND/GET STARTED. Then CREATE A TABLE. Then look for GAME SETTINGS, click on it. There you will check PLAYERS CAN NOT PICK UP CARD PILE. Lastly, click PLAY NOW.
