My older account still won't let me long in. I tried your suggestions here and got NO HELP at all!!!! I can't even get past your little chatbot on the help page, because when I tried to state what the problem is the chatbot just send me back to the sign in page and closes the chat box. I tried again to get verification codes sent to my email and my phone but I am getting NOTHING from pogo. I have been a loyal member of this site as I said for 20 years and I am more than frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You send us to EA help page and still after trying everything, we get no help at all. If I am going to be locked out of my account then there is no reason to renew my membership!! This is ridiculous to have to deal with this kind of crap just to play games that you pay for each year. We come on here to play these games to try to have a little fun, but this is NOT fun!!! This is POGO's FAULT! No support, games messed up, locked out of your accounts because your pogo system is screwed up. But it's never screwed up when it's time for pogo to take our money, is it? Pogo, EA does not care about it's customers, all they care about is the money!! 20 years I've been paying to pay on this site & because pogo refuses to FIX their systems correctly, I am not locked out of my 20 year old account !!!!!!!! You can't get past that little Al chat bot on your contact page to even get a LIVE HUMAN to help with problems, so no sense in even sending us to EA HELP page. . I have tried EVERYTHING on EA support page to try to get my account back & NOTHING got fixed. I'm still locked out of my account! There is no good support for this site, so don't send me back to EA support, keep your links for that page because you can't get any help from it!!!
