Hi Pogo Players,
Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:
- Screename:
- Device Make/Model:
- Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
- Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

I had to reset my Chrome and now Pogo does not load on Chrome. It loads to the home screen for Pogo but not for the game. In this case it is for Pogo Addiction Solitaire. I have tried all the solutions offered and they do not work. I am able to play on Safari and Firefox. But i would rather be on Chrome. Thank you so much!
- EA_Illium@shelby72455rh When you try to play on chrome, does it show a white screen, give any error message, or just load at the top tab?
- @ladyjayne8 mine will not. load. I am sick of paying for something that does not work. pogo. fix the darn page once and for all
- @Duney43 Every other day, same thing for me. Games will not load on my IPad, getting so tired of this. I am not a novice, been a member for over 20 years, know what I am doing.
