To confirm with pogo being a website you access via a Web Browser, you don't have to download/install it in order to access your account or play games. A few years ago Pogo updated from the older Java/Flash games and format to the newer HTML5 standard (This happened for various reasons). 

We do have certain minimum  Requirements (<-- click here) in order for your device to play without performance issues. If your device does fall under these we would not be able to provide a different 'version' to run, we would need to use a different device. 

If your device does meet the minimum requirements then we can try the following steps to see if we can get past any issues with playing games on Pogo. 

• Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
• Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
• Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
• Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
• Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
