I have found that when trying to collect the rent from property 8 (dark blue) and you expect to get the unknown error, DO NOT click on the collect button. Click on the window "x" button instead. The rent gets added into the totals properly and don't seem to get the unknown error again until try to collect rent for property 8 again.
Not a real fix of the bug but has been a good work around for me.

- @mavisa60qs When it's time to collect, two boxes pop up, the small "collect button" and a larger box above that has the amount. The larger box has an X, top right corner. @nidnalb is saying to click the X instead of the collect button. I'll try that next time and see if there is any difference.

- @nidnalb It seems to work unless it's all the properties. If it's just a few I get the rent, anything over 4 or so, no dice.
- nidnalb5 years agoSeasoned Novice@scout30606ud I have had that same problem a couple times but if I keep dismissing the error and continue to play it eventually gives me the rent previously denied. And I have not encountered losing money that I have won playing a game.

@nidnalb, I'll have to keep an eye on that. I have only lost game winnings once, not sure what happened there, but of course it was a good win...

The issue with the error message and losing money has been going on sine the game launched. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to when it happens. People are losing millions of monopoly money winnings and yet I see NOTHING from POGO about this being fixed. Can anyone tell me if POGO is working on this?
I just lost another 2 Million over night. It seems like there is no rhyme or reason for the continued money loss and I have seen no post by POGO that anyone is even working on the issue. I've been an IT Specialist (computer programmer) for over 25 years and I can tell you that if I put a program out there with this many bugs in it, I wouldn't last long. There is no way this should have gone public with this many problems.
HELLO POGO, IS ANYONE WORKING ON THIS OR EVEN SEEING THESE POSTS?????

I occasionally get this "error" message when I enter the Monopoly Sudoku game - it won't give me credit for the "rent." Very frustrating. I know a lot of people have this problem. I use Chrome browser. This problem needs to be fixed if you want people to keep playing this game.

@LizKumru What is the error message you are getting? @EA_Illium we are all getting the same error message and you are just asking this question now? Look over this thread you will see all the issues everyone is having. It's been since the game came out this has been happening, we all would appreciate if you fix it a.s.a.p please. Also is there any time frame when the airport will be open? Most everyone is at a stale mate. If this is as far as this game goes, then it's not very enjoyable once you get to the airport level.

TWO MONTHS!!!! TWO!!! I really wanted to like this game, I really wanted to play. Even as a low level (maybe 10 stars), I have a 50% chance of collecting rent, I haven't kept any rewards from games or chests in at least the last 10 plays. I cannot progress at all. Will this ever get fixed or just removed from the system and everyone that has spent irl money to get the bonus cards should be reimbursed. This is beyond ridiculous that ZERO solutions have been brought to us.
Hi has your game been fixed. mine not working for three months
The 'unknown error' message is being seen more and more frequently. I am unable to collect offline rents and now, also unable to collect rents whileonline. Yesterday, my 'reward' for reaching the daily target was 0, rather than the customary 17,250,000.
