Re: Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!

I have made it to the Asia section of Mahjong Sanctuary. However, it will only show 4 animals on my task list. I know there are many more because I can see them on the left side of the board. I've maxed out improving those four animals and can go no further. I need all of the Asia animals showing. I tried contacting support, but I must be doing something wrong and can't get in touch with them. Please help.

I am struggling with the exact same thing! No way to move forward. I've cleared cache on all browsers. Even downloaded browsers I've never used before to see if that helps as well as on phone. As soon as I click play the bird/task message appears with blank box! Unable to do last week's challenge, or any of the subsequent challenges including the daily, BEYOND FRUSTRATING

Sorry to hear that. You mentioned using different browsers, could you share what ones you're seeing this on? And for the device you use, is it an Android phone or iOS? Do you see this on PC? What level are you at in mahjong sanctuary?

Thanks, Lanna. anon641259 here. I cant even remember where that name came from. I am sistrgoldnhair2.  I've been a Club Pogo member for over  20 years. I use Microsoft Edge, which is up to date.  I am in the Asia sanctuary, level 2051. Ever since I've been in Asia, I only have 4 animals showing in my task list:  Peacock, Golden Langur, Snow Leopard and Panda. I need all of the other animals to be in my task list. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issues.  I tried to report it using the form, but my post was rejected by Mods. I'm not sure what else to do except to stop paying for the game and go back to other gaming platforms. I took the time to type out all of the information that is asked and attached screenshots as requested only to get rejected. How rude to treat a paying member that way. If I reported the issues in the wrong place, then send me a message saying so. I have missed out on at least 4 badges because of these issues.

I'm having the same issue for a couple of weeks since they added the new area. As I had plenty of stars I was able to complete all the new animals. Finished Level 2175 finished the Golden Langur in the Asia biome.. Am missing out on several challenges which is annoying.  I know it's not my computer as all other games play just fine, I even did a cache clean out so thinking it is a script error in the game itself.. Hopefully one day they will fix the issue and give us pogis credits for the challenges we missed out on.

they have ignored this issue for six months for me   Ignoring emails and providing no updates. EA_Lanna​ please provide an uodate to this issue!

frustrating for sure, I pretty much quit, removed my renewal,  they don't seem to care that we can't play the games that we pay to play   I give up

If you copy and pasted the info into the forum sometimes formating automatically rejects your post.  It you copy and paste with "paste as plain text" you should be able to repost.
