If clearing the cache didn’t help, try a couple of other quick checks:

1. Hard refresh the page (Ctrl + F5) to force the game assets to reload.
2. Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers or script blockers. They sometimes stop Pogo games from loading properly.
3. Try opening the game in a private/incognito window or another browser to see if it loads there.
4. Make sure Edge is fully updated, since Pogo games run on HTML5 and older builds can cause black screen issues.

 

If it still shows a black screen, it may be a temporary issue with the game itself since a few players are reporting the same thing in this section. In that case, reporting it through the Pogo bug report guide in the forum helps the team track it faster.
