Re: Poker Town - Season Pass - Can't collect Rewards - Error

I'm having issues as well in Poker Town, and  not able to notify anyone of it to get help.  Under 'season' it states collect all, but sends me to try again or quit.  I have at least 3 categories to collect .  22 years with Pogo and I would think I'd be able to contact support but not a clue these days.  Anyone else with the same 'Season' issues collecting?  Thanks in advance all ~  😟

    Continues to tell me to 'try again' and upon doing so 3 times hitting 'try again' I get kicked off site, same as if I hit the 'quit' option.  Anyone have answers?  It has been this way for 3 days now.

    Waiting for 'seasons' account to be fixed on my account, it's 6 days from your posting. Please help !

    From your earlier post, this seems to be about not being able to collect items. It's not related to the issue this thread was flagging

    This Poker Town issue has been going on now for about one week.  I personally have done chat with "tech support - lmao" 5 times.  It should be an easy fix, and if not why does EA (Pogo) continue putting Poker Town as a daily challenge?  See screen shots for the issue that nobody from Pogo Land really cares about.

    I am also having this issue along with many others.  I have chatted with Tech Support (lol) 4 times and of course it has yet to be fixed.  And yet they continue putting Poker Town in as one of the daily challenges.  This is a ongoing mess and it just can't be that difficult to fix. I gave them all the screen shots every time.  They suggest another browser.  Duh!  I have tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE on 2 laptops.  Also tried on my Android phone and that is even worse as clicking on the Prize Track Claim tab does nothing.  At least on all browsers on both laptops I get the error messages shown on the following screen shots.
