Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

   

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
  • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

  • My Poppit Bingo hasn't loaded since September.  I have done all the things suggested.  I have a new laptop with more than enough to run this game.  I have missed several badges and completions because of this glitch.  My son looked up on the web and many people are having this issue but there has been no solution.  Stop making it a challenge if we can't play it.  It is the only game I have a problem with.  Clearing cache and restarting modems does not work.

    @Sandrich1951 @kob800 I just went to pogo and poppit bingo loaded just fine for me. I played a few games with 1 card, then with 2 cards.

    Do you play for free or do you have a membership? I don't think it matters either way, I am just curious... What type of device are you playing on? Have you tried to use a different browser? I play on a Samsung Galaxy mobil phone. With a Google browser.

    I have been a POGO member for over 10 years.  It worked fine until September now it doesn't work and it is the only game that does not work.

    @Sandrich1951 I hope that the EA support team will fix this issue for those who are experiencing it. I am sorry that you are going through this since September 😔
  • @kob800 I'm having the same issues. I have done all they suggest and still cannot load this game on any browser. I've been a Club Pogo member since 1999 and have played Poppit! Bingo regularly and now I'm missing 2 badges because of it. What's worse is the Holiday badges say you have to do them in order and Bingo is number 7 and so I'm done I guess. I wish they would fix the issues. They charge us enough for the membership.

    I have tried all the suggestions and still cannot access Poppit Bingo!  Always played this game and now I have not been able to access it on any browser since September!!

    @Sandrich1951 You sound like me, Also a club pogo member and been playing since late 90's. Haven't been able to load poppit bingo. The first loading screen only shows blue in one circle and the next loading screen goes through to 100% and when the third loading screen comes up the play button is greyed out, I think it has something to do with the first loading of the game but that's just from watching how it goes through trying to load. None of any of the suggestions has helped, not clearing cache, rebooting, changing browsers. I even deleted anything with pogo from my computer and it made absolutely no difference. Pogo needs to help us!!
  • It is the weekly again which we will not be able to complete.  It was also in the Holiday challenges.

  • Me Too.  I have just purchased a brand new laptop.  I have been playing bingo since 90s but now can't load it on the new machine.  We have tried everything suggested to rectify it and nothing has worked.  Every other game appears to load normally just not bingo.  With the number of people having problems I would have hoped they could have resolved it by now.

    BTW the only difference was my old laptop had Windows 10 and the new one Windows 11

  • I have gone through all of the steps, and attempted all of the fixes ... to no avail.

    Additional attempt was to resolve issue that some had reported with McAfee (this fix worked temporarily in Dec 2022, but then failed to contribute to a solution in Jan 2023). McAfee spent time looking into the issue, and has advised that McAfee is not affecting gameplay.

    Have spoken to techs 3x, with no solutions. Today (Mar 2/23), was told by tech support that there is no problem with Pogo servers, the problem must be an issue with MY computer (most likely a setting ... even though tech went through all settings with me, and no resolution).

    I AM able to play on iPad Chrome browser (thus tech support advised problem is at my end).

    Tech advised that they would report my "issue" to their team, so that a fix "might" be able to be found.

    I have NOT made any changes to computer. Running Windows 10, all updated, have attempted Chrome and Edge (latest versions), hardware acceleration on, browsers/cookies/cache cleared, 32 Gb ram. Tech advised me to remove extensions ... this did not help either. 

    The other game that does not work is Jigsaw Treasure Hunter (I feel these are related). I am able to make a few moves, then game freezes and the screen goes grey. Progress is saved, as I am asked to play saved game when I reopen browser. 

    Assistance much appreciated!

    same here....been over a year since it worked for me.  It might be time to quit POGO and find something that works. 

  • Hi @McgarrahOE ~  Regarding glitches hanging up this one single game, give this a try:  

    Sometimes -- especially after or during heavy game play -- your browser may end up with a local copy of the website data in your browser cache that doesn’t match the latest version on the server. As a result, a web page may look incorrect or not function properly. To fix this, we need to force the web browser to discard what it already has in the cache and to download the latest version of the site. Many people call this a “hard refresh.”

    In most browsers on PC and Mac, you can perform a simple action to force a hard refresh. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the reload icon on your browser’s toolbar.

    There are also keyboard shortcuts to perform the equivalent hard refresh. As listed below, there are multiple ways to do the same action:

    • Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).

    • Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R.

    • Safari for Mac: There is no simple keyboard shortcut to force a hard refresh. Instead, press Command+Option+E to empty the cache, then hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar.

    • Safari for iPhone and iPad: There is no shortcut to force a cache refresh. You’ll have to dig into settings to erase your browser’s cache.

    After you perform the hard refresh, you should see the web page go blank, and the reloading process will take longer than usual. That’s because the browser is re-downloading all of the data and images on the site.

    If forcing a refresh didn’t fix the issue, you can try to do a hard refresh again. If that doesn’t help, the issue may be with the website itself—or your browser may need an update.
