Re: Scrabble Reconnect Error

NO, THE TIMER RUNS ON BOTH PLAYERS THE SAME TIME, AND THEN YOU LOOSE CONNECTION. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE GAME, AND NOW YOU HAVE DESTROYED IT, I NO LONGER CAN PLAY WITH MY FAVORITE FRIENDS, LIKE BEFORE, IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU TIME TO ASK FOR ANOTHER GAME, THIS WHOLE NEW VERSION IS AWFUL!  SO MANY ISSUES. AND NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE. WILL NOT RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION.

As not everyone is getting that error, there may be a technical issue behind it. Let's see if we can troubleshoot it.

If you're getting the reconnect error, can you give the connectivity troubleshooting a try? It can help pinpoint if there's something between your connection and ours that is cause a hiccup. Please let me know how it goes for you.

All 3 players had this same issue.  It is not connectivity.  We tried 3 games and all had the same problem.
