Just now have the same bug. Sick of this game already, No undo no forgiveness for the visually impaired that accidentally clicks the tile next to the one I meant to click. And now this bug can't even play lives timer keeps resetting to 30 minutes.

I logged on, played one game and I am out of lives. Seems incorrect to me

Same. Haven't been able to play for 3 days because the renew lives is stuck on 29:35. Their solution is to send them a whole list of information.
