    Hey Everyone, 

    I just wanted to drop in an update the team is aware of reports of issues purchasing Badges in Pogo. Once I have further information or updates I will add them here.

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for letting us know about what you are experiencing with Pogo. If you are currently running into an issue with Using Gems to Purchase Badges Please let us know the following. 

    • Screen Name:
    • Location:
    • Case number (if you have one)

    • Should you have an active club pogo?
    • When was the last time you could successfully use Gems?
    • Are you getting an error message? (If so please provide) 
    • Please also list any troubleshooting you have tried, as well as a screenshot of the error:

    All of our information is already in this thread and all of the things we have done in terms of trouble shooting. This has been ongoing for more than a month now. Why are we paying membership fees if we can't access membership items???
