Hello i recently bought my friend several gifts in pogo but she has not recieved them even though my gems have gone for the purchase
the name of my friend is
tallbikerdoll45
when i purchased the gifts it kept saying error unable to purchase but when i was done i was out of my gems and no gifts recieved
sure hope you can correct this at least give my gems back please

I recently discovered that none of my gifts will open. When I click on them I get to the window that says "click to activate." But when I try to activate gift another window comes up and says "This challenge could not be activated at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience." It does this for all my gifts I try to open and activate.
@fail867Vwcbl If you're trying to activate a badge, I suggest to do it from the game play page for "more challenges". eg: Go to Phlinx game, click on play & load game, click on play, click on the badge symbol in the sidebar, then click on "more challenges". Now you can start searching for your desired Phlinx challenge.

An update to gifting will be coming the week of 3/27 so stay tuned for that announcement. Please note that you can still purchase challenges on our main website, https://www.pogo.com/challenge-central.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we assure you that this change is necessary in order to improve our overall player experience. We appreciate your understanding and support as we make these changes.

Hello, I am also having the same issue...try to open my "gifts" and it says "error occured, please try again later"??? What the heck is going on Pogo!?
Also it seems to not recognize me as a Club Member sometimes when switching between Classic and Club screens. I will get a message says "only for Club members" or something like that, then all of a sudden it decides I am? Obviously you guys need to work on Pogo!!! Ridiculous for what we pay for membership and badges, gems etc...Fix it!
