[Resolved] Eset AV, Preventing games from loading

I am getting a blank screen also and the number of games is increasing.... There is no message to click past and no way that I can see to add trusted sites either...I use eset (and firefox) as well and have never had this issue before. 

Frustrating that with all the comments of this happening that it is still being viewed as "limited" as if those experiencing it aren't worth the investigations to fix it.

@TootsieRoll2411Nothing is wrong with ESET. It's with POGO..There is several of us that is having the same problem. I have several games that I can't play due to JS/Packed.Agent H.I ran microsoft malware,computer scans,adware and all was good. 

I have tried to do the solutions that you have posted.. 

I went to the ESET forum and tried to do the fix there. 

I guess I am just not that proficient at this and wont

be able to play any of the games that this has effected. 

It just amazes me that one day I can play all the games

and less than twenty four hours later I cant play almost

half of them. It cant be eset as nothing about it changed 

from one day to the next. So again I guess I won't be

renewing a membership.  Its really to bad as I have 

been a member for many many years. 

I have done that and all caem out clean. I ran it on Edge and Chrome..Nothing. Computer was clean..So that does not work. Thanks

If you go to Eset Setup and then Advance Setup. Then go to real time and machine learning protection and scroll down  to exclusions settings and go  to detection exclusions go to edit  then add and put in JS/Packed.Agent.H in detection name  click okay and it should be good.

Go thru to find the one that says JS/Packed.Agent H..Click on the file and hit Create exclusion at the bottom. I had 32 and held down the ctrl button and clicked on each one..Then hit create exclusion button at the bottom. It worked.

my security blocks the game and some others such as FCS, Tri Peaks, although these are games I normally play

it's been like that for a little over a week, hopefully it will be fixed soon.  Please???????????
