- @Sally1944Vw Go back thru here. The answer is here for how to fix the problem
- @teddybear20010 Can you explain why we should make our eset to ignore something flagged as a Trojan? How is this.."Should be good"? That is what I am seeing JS/Packed.Agent H is....a trojan. I am not convinced that this work around is the best option when it sounds like POGO has an issue and it appears to be spreading!
@peachfromplumthis is what Eset Forum has on their forum. If you go to Eset forum and look under malware and cleaning there is a post about Club Pogo games being blocked. I"m only going off of that right now. I'm not advising to do it, it is up to you
@teddybear20010I agree.. I have tried it and got into all games..Not forcing anyone to try it..Just a thought..I got this from ESET themselves, from the community manager He put up pictures on how to do it step by step under ESET Forum. I wouldn't believe that ESET would tell us to release a Trojan and actually tell us how to do it.But what I have been getting advertisements for the last couple of months or so only on Pogo..I can't get rid of them.ESET has been wrong also. They took over a week to fix Bank and Security. I could no get into it .I had to pay bills and had to do it in person. What a waste. Almost did not renew with them either.
- @b8eiouy49ein I agree, everyday another game develops this problem. I won't be renewing my account either.
I am using eset. have been for many years with no problems until POGO made site updates about a week and a half or so ago. I find the timing on this very compelling that it is on POGO's end not eset's as I had not received any software update notice from eset. Only updates two days in a row from pogo that site is down for updates/maintenance then the virus warnings popping up the next day and very day since then with new games being added to the list each day I log on to pogo's site. I contacted eset and was told no issues could be seen on their end and was suggested not to override block. As someone posted earlier along the the lines that it is not our job to do YOUR company's research or resolve YOUR issues. I am adding to this that we are not the ones being paid to do that type of service. We are paying you for your services. I am giving time and having faith in POGO that this will be resolved shortly. If not, I will cancel membership.

Don't understand what Pogo are saying. Have had Eset for several years and this has only just happened when games were either daily badges or the main 48 badge challenge. Also getting alot of Pogo Server errors.
Could you put the link out there, so I could try it too. Having the same problems.
After spending several hours to fix the ESET problem, can't remember where I found it, but using logs on ESET to make an exclusion worked. You have to put an exclusion for each game, but it was pretty easy once I figured it out.
On ESET click on TOOLS, then Log Files. When the logs show up, like below, right click on the log you want to exclude and the insert below comes up and you choose create exclusion. Another popup appears and you click on the Create Exclusion button. I did that for Tri-Peaks, Mohjong Sanctury and Word Womp. So far it worked great. Name of game is within the Log Name.
I hope this helps.
You can also create a detection exclusion from logs:

Worked great got the games back
