So, I contacted support through chat earlier to see if they would do anything about the few days I had relock on me. I had very few and requested keys for them, a total of 5, and they told me it was beyond their limitations to do anything about it. I asked if they could give me 15 gems to buy the keys myself, which amounts to $1.50 and again was told no because it is beyond their limitations. I find this absolutely unacceptable for an issue that was due to their programming and beyond any of our control. But clearly, they are completely unwilling to do anything further and we are all just supposed to give them more money to unlock days we already invested our time to unlock in the first place. Absolutely absurd!
seeing how POGO doesn't want to compensate for the days relocked and keys used, maybe we should think about NOT RENEWING our SUBSCRIPTION to POGO
