Pogo Daily Sudoku has stopped saving my progress. I have played this game since it became active on Pogo. On Aug 9 2023 is the last time I was able to open and keep the date active. I went in Aug 10 2023 and opened it to keep the date active. When I went back Aug 11 2023, it was showing that I had not opened Aug 10th even though I had .. so I spent gems on a key to open the date. It took my 3 gems and then stayed locked. I checked on your forum and completed all of your recommended actions (clear cache .. tried 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Edge) ..tried 2 different computers (HP and Toshiba).. reset computer .. reset modem .. new batteries in the mouse, etc..) but the game is still not working properly. From the forum, I also notice that many of your other players are having this same issue...some since May of 2023. Why hasn't Pogo/ EA fixed this issue? Please fix this issue. If you can't fix it, then why not close the game down until you have fixed it. Why are you taking players gems if this game is not working properly? Why are you having challenges in this game if not everyone can complete the challenges due to a Pogo/EA fault? Pogo, I know you can do better because if not, many people including myself will start spending our limited entertainment dollars elsewhere. I've enjoyed playing Pogo since the early 2000's. Thank You for your time.
