[Resolved] Unable to connect to Pogo Games - Authentication Error - Nov 2024

What can I do about authenticating issue, are you having a problem at POGO?

NOBODY CAN GET ON  A LOT OF THE GAMES SINCE YESTERDAY  TRIED TO GET HELP  INSTEAD OF THE PERSON I WAS CHATTING WITH  GETTING A HOLD OF THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT TO FIX THE ISSUE. HE KEPT TRYING TO TELL ME IT IS MY COMPUTER . SO EVERYONE THAT I PLAY WITH HAS AN ISSUE AND IT IS MY  COMPUTER  THAT IS THE PROBLEM?  WE CANOT CONTACT ANYONE ON THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU GET TO CHAT THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP.  GREAT SERVICE  SEE IF I RENEW

Neither Jungle Gin nor Spades will load.  They both just stall, saying to wait for connection server.  I first tried six hours ago!

Many people are having this issue. I have cleared all browsing data, restarted my device. 

I have badges I bought with gems I am working on.  Noone is giving any answers and the problem is obviously on EA's end. 

Canasta for me but I see others getting the same errors in other games. Please fix this.

Several of my games are not loading.  Spades, Jungle Gin, Lucky Cat Bingo and a few more. 

Please fix this.

I have repeatedly been trying to play Pogo games since last night, with no success. Every game fails to load. This morning, I have tried at least twenty times. Every game gets stuck on the loading page but does not progress to the game. This has been happening frequently over the past months. I have been a paying Pogo member for years and have never encountered so many problems. 

I am having problems with Jungle Gin, Canasta and Spades loading.  Jungle Gin and Spades just gets stuck on connecting to the server but Canasta says it can not authenticate.  I have alreadhy cleared my cache with no inprovement.  I don't seem to have problems with other games.  Thank you.
