Scrabble & Spades Issue

Question

Hi,I am having issues with Scrabble and Spades disconnecting me after 10 seconds or so. If I'm playing Scrabble and I'm trying to come up with a word it will disconnect the game before my timer is up and I lose my game and progress. Spades sometimes allows me to resume the game but not always. Very frustrating! Any advice? Thanks

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?&nbsp;

Restart&nbsp;your device and modem/router then try to load your game&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Clear&nbsp;your&nbsp;Cache/Cookies&nbsp;(&lt;-- link)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Check&nbsp;your&nbsp;Device&nbsp;(&lt;-- Link) for updates, Check for&nbsp;Browser&nbsp;(&lt;-- link) Updates&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Try with your Browsers&nbsp;Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)&nbsp;&nbsp;
Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)&nbsp;
