scrabble board is black

Yes my Scrabble is Black too and there is no scrabble board.  the letters are floating  Its been like this all week.

have they done anything about it? mine is the same. there is no way to contact them by phone

My scrabble game is black too. No help online…no phone number available anywhere. What is going on?

i have tried everything suggested, have been trying to rectify this for over a week now.  If I cant fix this I am cancelling POGO.  Scrabble is the only game I cannot play on any other platform.

My Scrabble board screen is black.  When I open the Pogo site everything is fine but Scrabble is not.

I've deleted my cookies.  Not sure what else I can do to make it normal.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

• Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
• Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
• Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
• Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
• Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
