SCRABBLE "PLAY" WORD BUTTON NOT WORKING

SCRABBLE

Once I create a word, the "play" button underneath the letter "tray" in does not work.  All of the other buttons seem to work (exchange, pass, etc.). This has been happening for 48 hours.

    While this has been sent to the Pogo team for investigation, if you haven't already, please give our HTML5 troubleshooting a try to see if it improves gameplay for you.

    If you also have your Pogo Compatibility Tool system information and/or your DxDiag, please reply with the details from that, and I can add it to the report already with Pogo.

    @AbC7169a9260305 It has been happening to me too....4x in last 3 days. The EA tech suggestion to remove history and cookies from my server, Safari, did not resolve problem.

    I am having the same issue. Sometimes this happens 1/2 way  through the game. It is annoying.

     . Just about every time I try to play a Scrabble game now my 'Play' button does not light up, so I can't play a word. Very frustrating especially as I'm paying for membership.  I have called technical support but they are not helping. Might need to dump membership, if they won't solve problem.

    Hi There,

    When I play Scrabble with Robots I have no difficulties, but when I play a table with friends it often seems to kick people out for no reason. We figured out how to get back in and were able to work around, but this week a new glitch developed. The game would not allow a person to play except to to mix their letters around. It would not allow them to place the letters anywhere or pass a turn. Logging in and out or refreshing the page did not help. The only thing that might help was waiting for the time to run out and everyone passing their turn to get back around to the player. If we did that more than once the game would be ended.

    Any way to ccrrect the multiple glitches with this game?

    @EA_Arrenai No. Why do you use these superlatives to evaluate your responses when often they are not responsive to the issue at hand. I want to know why the dictionary for the challenge games doesn't have words that are actually word and then gives credit for robot words that nobody has ever heard of.
