Still have not received my coins. Cannot seem to even be able to get the ball rolling. Does anyone know how I can report this problem to someone who can help me. Greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you

I am having a similar problem. When I go to "skip timer" and pay the additional 10 gems to get more energy, I pay but not receiving it. This has been happening daily for the past few days. I have no idea how to report this to POGO.

I am having the same issue. I paid 100 gems for 250 more coins. Pogo took the 100 gems from my balance but did not give me the 250 coins. I tried and tried to contact EA with no luck. They send you round and round, but with no results except to send you to other players to get advice. Crazy!!!

Yesterday, I finally found a way in the contact EA to ask about my missing coins in Merge Academy. Can you believe they started with me in a que to be connected to an advisor. It said that my wait time was 9 minutes. SIX hours later my wait time was 2 minutes. The counter kept going up and down with no end in sight. I finally clicked the next page where it says Contact another way. It said I was 4th in line. I got connected at last and got nothing but "We know about the issue and are working on it" in 20 variations of ready (0n hand) scripted answers. Looks like we are screwed.

Today, March 12, 2025, I made a small $9.99 POGO gems purchase to buy 120gems (however, on the order in my EA Order History it says 110). These never appeared. I was attempting to purchase 250 coin power ups for 100 gems. The coins never appeared. I've searched everywhere for the ability to email or speak with someone from POGO or EA about next steps but am unable to find the "next step" in order to contact someone. Any suggestions or do I just chalk the ten dollars up to a bad decision?

abbycattx This reply was very helpful. I just had this happen to me today (3/12/25). Do we simply wait and hope we are in a queue somewhere and the Powers That Be realize it's happened to us or is there actually somewhere to report this as I have been unable to determine how to do this. Ten dollars isn't a lot of money for some but it's my gaming budget for the month.
