I can’t seem to manage to connect my old pogo screen name to my current EA account. A little help??
Hi @mistysun978 If you have a different Screen Name on your EA Account than one you used to play on, this might indicate it is on a separate account. I would recommend reaching out to our support to look at this further with you.

Same thing happened to me. My screen name for my wife is : sugarbear51389 They now have it blocked so she cannot get into her acct. They have her account now as : sugarbear51389Qr I reported this to EA and for now it is down. This is crazy because mine is running fine. I feel bad for her because she loves this site and cannot play on her acct due to this mishap on their part. Talked to a lady yesterday and she told me that they are "aware of this" Just a matter of time before they get it right.
Now mine has an VH behind it ? Never used to be. Guess I won't be putting money into this ever again. Stick with Facebook
