Shutting down

I am having some major issues with my Pogo program.  Over the past week, every time I get to play a game I just get started and my games are like rebooting on their own.  The screen automatically leaves while I'm playing and it's off.  I have to go into my app again and open it.  It is always doing it this week and it is starting to bother me. You can see I love the games because I've been a member for so long.  I don't know if these are connected or not but, I'm not getting credit for some of my games.

I don't want to start playing around with it on my own. I desperately need your help to fix this. BTW it is only Pogo that this is happening to.  My laptop is working great other than this program.

I look forward to hearing from you with a solution. I can't send a file because I ever know when it is about  to happen.

Thank you.

Hello! That indeed sounds quite frustrating. Here are a few troubleshooting steps to possibly resolve the problem:

    • Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
    • Check for overheating: Make sure your PC isn't overheating. Clean any dust from your fans and ensure they're working properly. Run a virus scan: Sometimes malware can cause unexpected restarts, so it's a good idea to run a thorough virus scan.
    • High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources.
    • Check your power settings: Adjust your power settings to prevent the PC from restarting automatically.
    • Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
