snowbird level 848 has proven to be unwinnable

Question

&nbsp;Several players, including me, have posted to the forum that we've played it, not just dozens, but more than 100 times (one player&nbsp; claims 400+ attempts!). It often takes me 7 or 8 tries just to get the 4 card "run" necessary to release the octopus.&nbsp; I think it's safe to say that players who've gotten that far have to be pretty good players, So I think my claim that level 848 is unwinnable is accurate.&nbsp; Please fix the bug?And while I have your attention..Posting issues to the forums accomplishes nothing more than a place to vent our frustrations..."mods" have no ability to forward complaints to anyone who can fix them and there are few players who'll take it upon ourselves to report them. So it would be very helpful if there were a forum "mod" who has the ability to forward legitimate issues to EA games.Thanks!Peggie Hall"firstmate 617"

@firstmate617 Thanks for fixing the bug in Snowbird Bingo level 848, I finally was able to win. But the same problem is occurring in level 849 and most likely all the remaining ones using the octopus and sand cards. 50+ tries over several days with only 15 even releasing the octopus shouldn't happen!. The sand cards seem to be out of sink with the game play. I don't expect any of these games to be easy, but nothing should be as hard to win as this game has become! They should be fun, not an exercise in frustration management! Please help make this one fun again?

Btw..I see that I'm the only person who's reported problems with this game. That's only because 99% of players don't know it's possible to more than vent in a forum. If you read the forums, you'll see multiple reports of the same problems. I'm just an old lady who finally decided there has to be another way and found it.

It also freezes.&nbsp; &nbsp;Was playing and cards stop moving or not able to click next card.&nbsp; Just froze.&nbsp; Go in and back and it is the same.&nbsp; &nbsp;I got the daily.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;But don't know what is happening with snowbird?

I still have been unable to win level 848. I've tried hundreds of times. How were you able to win? Was it just luck?

I think I'm at game 900-something.&nbsp; Takes the game forever to load and freezes after I lose the game I start at in the Cove.
