I used 150 gems to buy 4000>? worth of special power up ballons. I only recieved 4 of them before they asked me to use more of my gems for more power ups!! Why

Oh dear, I'm sorry you're missing some of the power up ballons. I can't look into this through the EA Forums, so I would recommend getting in touch with our support team. They will take a look into it for you and let you know what they can do to help from there.
