Solitaire Home Story🌀Fun in the Sun Season Issues

Solitaire Home Story Fun in the Sun Season Pass

Reports of a sudden purple/blue burst frozen on the screen, game loading failures, and various other issues are being reported by numerous players while playing the new Home Story in-game event Fun in the Sun Season.

These issues are known and "under investigation". If you haven't already, make sure to report any problems with the game. This will assist in identifying all issues and a log of the glitches - and hopefully bring more awareness.

How to use EA Help

Go to the EA Help homepage.
Select Pogo (or any game you're trying to play)
Select the See all help topics
Select the option I want to report a bug in my game (3rd row 10th down)
You should be able to choose from Chat or Email instantly.

Acknowledgment of Loading Issues with Solitaire Home Story:

"The team has identified the following issues and is diligently working towards investigating and resolving them" was mentioned by Sconnie on the Pogo Construction Postings concerning this matter starting in May 2024. Regrettably the purple/blue burst reports and loading issues are not new.

@JMW247eJ I have been having this problem well over a month, there should be a way to talk to someone about it..I am sooo aggravated with this and I can't complete anything that has this game attached to it....

This has been happening to people for well over a week now. EA say to clean cache or open different browsers. This does not work. It is very frustrating not to be able to complete the story. You need the stars to advance.

I get stars and go in and they are gone, even though I am completing the level, I can't progress through the game if my stars keep disappearing.

I am also having this issue. No matter how many stars I accumulate, every time I leave and come back I am back to only one star!!!! I am tryi9ng to reach someone as well without any luck.

Hello, sorry to hear about your frustration.
This game is fairly new, being on the site less than a year so I am not surprised information has not been added to the website fully.
Here's how to get help!
On the Pogo website: Click on the Community Button and then Click on Blog
The page below will appear and to the right you will find two options for help.
The first option, Forums will take you to the Pogo Forums to post your question.
The second option, HELP will bring you here.
Pick a suggestion that best suits your situation, if you cannot find one. I suggest the option of "I need help getting Pogo to work"
When you click on this option another window will appear and you will see a CHAT WITH US option, click on this and follow the steps after that.
Also, our EA Community Manager has developed a detailed guide for help, you can bookmark it for future reference.

I had six stars earned in the game. Five have been removed and now I have only one star. I tried to go to EA help but they do not seem to recognize solitaire home story as a game. They say not found when I tried to search for it, and searching out "solitaire" brings up other games but not this one.
