Solitaire Home Story - Area 2 showing 0% progress; missing badges

Back in early December (4 months ago), I finished Chapter 18 and got access to Area 2. However, I never received the "Area 2 Unlocked" badge.  When I click on the new Map icon that appeared at that time, it shows Area 1 as Completed! with a green checkmark and Area 2 as progress 0%. I completed a few tasks in the Spa Room and figured the missing badge and Area 2 progress error was a glitch that would eventually get fixed.  

I am still able to play and progress in the game. I am now up to Chapter 25 and on Puzzle 657 as of today (April 3). I received the "Complete Chapter 20" badge and the "Complete Chapter 24" badge, but the "Area 2 Unlocked" badge for having completed Chapter 18 still shows as unearned, and my Area 2 progress still shows as 0%. I've attached screenshots and you can see that my Spa Room and Sauna Room are completed. Yet my Area 2 progress continues to show 0%. Also I haven't received any room badges.

Obviously, something is wrong because how can I earn the Chapter 20 and 24 badges but not have earned the Chapter 18 badge from before?

I've already cleared my cache and cookies, but that doesn't fix the problem. Thanks for looking into this. I look forward to your reply.

    Hey @AstrixCG 

     

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...
