Solitaire Home Story - Loading Issues

This game hasn't worked on my Amazon fire for about two months. It used to work fine. 

I can’t load either. Is there anything I can do?

Mine is also not loading and again I have purchased the pass in the event which I was still never reimbursed for the last 150 gems I spent on the Halloween event I wasn’t able to play for this same reason I am not happy right now and I have been a pogo member for Avery very long time!!!

Could you give these steps a try and relaunch the game afterwards?

• Close other programs and tabs to free up memory
• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Turn off pop-up blockers for that page

I have tried all of those things the same thing happened in October after I used 150 gems that I purchase with my money and then the game wouldn’t load for the whole month have asked over and over to be reimbursed and nothing now the exact same thing is happening and me being a dummy purchased the pass again and now I can’t play and it’s also the monthly game and there is another event that I cannot go any further in because I already activated this badge I am beyond mad at this point and ready to cancel because nobody wants to respond or fix the problem and this is NOT ok 

Solitaire Home and Matching Moments have blank screened for a long time now. I think the reason the troubleshooting tips don’t work is that the problem is with the website. Is Pogo working to fix the issues? I really like Pogo but I want to be able to play all the games. 

I have also tried different browsers cleared cach turned off pop up’s game still won’t load

I’ve been having issues with SHS for months. While I’m playing the game, it resets repeatedly. Now for the past few days, it opens on the Daily Bonus page and freezes. See the attached images. 

It’s the Game of the Month and I spent 150 gems on the theme pack that I now can’t get the prizes because the game is frozen. Why is it I can play the other games on Pogo and not this one? Am I going to be refunded the gems I spent? This is ridiculous…
