Solitaire Home Story Issues

I was playing last night spent lots of diamonds to advance my levels made it to level 871 used my diamonds for my upgrades etc. Start today and when I entered the game it started me at level 809. All my diamonds were gone but none of my progress was there

This is very frustrating

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

    Me too...I had 4 stars and now have 1...very frustrating and will not spend my time playing this game until the issues are resolved. And of course I spent the 150 gems for the pass which is now useless because I can't play. Please fix this!!

    I am getting the same issue.  I start with 2 stars automatic and if i win any and log out I lose them when I go back on.

    I've been having that problem for several days now, I can't get more than 2 stars and when I log in next time, it's back to just one. ☹️

    Same issues, but nothing is being done about losing coins in Solitaire Home Story.

    They need to hire real technical staff. What they use for years are stupid and amateurs.
