Solitaire Home Story Lost Progress

Hi, joybel0. It is a simple programme change in the algorithm. That is how you and I ended up punted back to the beginning. It has been years since I did any programming but it would be something like this: if (subject(s)) is > (greater than) level 2500 and has > (greater than) 150000 coins and/or > (greater than) -name a booster(s) and/or)powerup(s)- move (subject(s)) back to Level 1. What I have just written in a very poor English translation of the code is essentially what happened to us. You are certainly correct. It was a purposeful action and there is a fix. And it won't be fixed. We are in the Arctic. But I want my 150 gems back and my original position in Solitaire Home Story so I will keep commenting! Cheers!

Hi ya, folks! Andrew showed up again. See screen shot below.  I am now definitely playing Construction Area Four layouts because every one I have played thus far I have already played in the coin round after finishing a portion of a project in Area Four. Considering I am now at Level 366, after being punted back to Level One on October 20, 2025, that is at least 2200 Levels below the layouts I played. I should be playing 300 Level layouts, not 2500 Level layouts. Why is that, EA GAMES? Give me my 150 Gems back that I spent to get the SEASON in HALLOWEEN and the level I was at when Peggy fell into the water and was rescued by a stranger!

Nice thought, but they have to care about fixing their problems for us to get help. I just don't know why they bother having a gaming site they don't care about fixing.

Good morning, joybel0. It is not only that EA GAMES does not care, it is also incapable and not willing to admit they are incapable. Seven different platforms encompassing Sims, Star Wars, Sports, First Person Shooter, POGO, etc. and most likely hundreds of millions of players; it is easier to pretend than actually do something. That is the purpose of the so-called Forum moderators. The moderator engages to SEEM helpful and then no further action. I would prefer EA GAMES tell me it does not care and will NOT help me than continue to spin a web of lies.  That being said, I want my 150 gems back and my former position in Solitaire Home Story when Peggy was rescued by a stranger.

Playing Solitaire Home Story, Level 1243, and running Pogo on Windows 11, but after Halloween promo ended, Chores remained at only Empty the Mailbox, and all locations, and rooms had lost all progress, down to beginner level. Cleared Cache, changed browsers, and problem with this game remains. All previous progress has been lost, Halloween decorations remain. Technical problem with Solitaire Home Story.

For the past three months or so, all the renovations in Home Story solitaire have disappeared, and the place looks as dilapidated as when one starts the game. I'm in area 4 and can continue playing, but the graphs with all the dust and garbage stay the same...
