Why can’t you fix solitaire home story? It’s been months. When you pay 40.00 and can’t play your favorite game, it is unacceptable. I have turned in many complaints as have many other players.

I have lost time, money, and extra power-ups on this game, and all it does is freeze up every time I play it. Getting kinda sick of this game and other new games being offered for premium events, then will not let you play them.
I agree. I play on my iPad and matching moments nor solitaire home story will load, so now I can’t continue the concert challenge because I can’t load the next game. I also can’t move between biomes in Mahong Sanctuary, so now that they have added more, I can’t enjoy them. I used to be able to move to the arctic, but now it won’t move.
I don't understand why they keep giving challanges for a game that either does not load or freezes. This has gotten to be to much.
