Is the Solitaire Home Story Badge Marathon challenge working properly? I have made streaks without drawing a card or using a booster, but I'm not getting credit. What qualifies as making a streak without drawing a card?
I agree. I have had streaks also and not getting credit for them.
I have the same problem. If Pogo can't have a challenge working properly, then they shouldn't include it. And they should really let you change to another challenge. Now I am stuck not being able to do any challenge at all until they decide to fix it, and by then it will probably be too late.
Exactly. why do they force us to finish one game before we can move on to the next, because, chances are, the game doesn't work for several days!! Oh Pogo... you make it hard to love you sometimes...💔

I'm having the same issue. These broken games in challenges are becoming more frequent. Now I'm debating renewing my subscription.
As well as not getting credit for streaks, it is no longer giving points credit towards the monthly challenge. I agree that these things happen more and more frequently. Maybe some of these games need a rest and you can try challenges with other games. Also, I can't go on to another challenge until I finish Snowbird. Very annoying.
It's not just snowbird. Solitaire Home Story hasn't been tracking streaks either, halting any progress on the Badge Marathon.
Yes, it is a problem. I am trying to talk to an advisor but that option is not open for some reason. The biggest problem with this issue is that you cannot activate any other badge in the marathon until you finish this one. They don't even give you the option to replace it with one of the other marathon badges so you can continue on. What else is new? Getting very tired of all the problems with pogo. Seems to be a new one each day.

Agree! Also, this is another argument for activating all the challenges at one time. It would give Pogo a chance to fix the glitch, give players a chance to continue to work on other challenges, and reduces the frustration!
Same problem here and had the problem with garden blast just sitting spinning the daisy. I am tired of everyday seeming to have problems. Fix the games please

I have been playing Solitaire Home Story for the past two hours. I had multiple streaks but they are not being counted. Not happy that we can't switch to another game.
Absolutely the same! Pogo needs to give us credit .
Also not getting credits for my challenge and can't get to the next challenge unless you finish this one. Very annoying
