Solitaire home story won’t load

Playing on iPad and iPhone keeps coming up error won’t load have cleared cache and did all that was suggested still can’t play missed out on a couple badges 

Please help me as well with Solitaire Home Story.  I have written to you about this a few times and you said you would look into it, but I haven’t heard anything back.  I am missing out on two different badges right now, and the one challenge that ends December 25th won’t let me play the other games until I play this one.  Please help!!!  Thank you.

So the Pogo team is currently aware of an issue affecting Solitaire home story on Mobile devices such as Ipad and Iphone. They are actively investigating the issue and are working to sort a fix as soon as possible.

I don't currently have any additional information to give you but once I know more I will update as soon as possible.

I’m in the same boat.  I have not been able to play SHS in weeks and now stuck on that badge for the event.  Phone, tablet, desktop, multiple supported browsers.  Troubleshooting steps done.  Phone and tablet connect to game and then either go to cripes screen or continuously reload.  Desktop either just goes to black or freezes on load screen.  Until the day I couldn’t get in to the game I had zero issues with the game.  Pogo name is Lochnessanyc.  Thank you.
