Hello! I'm sorry to hear that your game keeps freezing! That can be really frustrating. There are several potential reasons why this might be happening:

Overheating: If your computer's components, like the CPU or GPU, get too hot, it can cause freezing. Make sure your cooling system is working properly and that vents are clean.

Outdated Drivers: Troubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)

Insufficient System Memory: If your computer doesn't have enough RAM or storage space, it can lead to freezing. Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout, freeze and exit abruptly. 

Background Programs: Other programs running in the background can use up resources and cause your game to freeze. Try closing unnecessary programs before launching your game.

Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router. Check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze.

My game does not freeze, it crashes on the initial screen every time I try to load it.  Then I keep getting an error message and it won’t load at all.  Had this same problem several months ago.  Then it suddenly began to work again (most of the time or, at least it would reload after crashing).  Now we’re back to me being unable to load it at all.  And, of course, it has occurred each time there is a special challenge (or more than one) that involves this game.  So I loose out on the challenges and resulting rewards.  I wouldn’t care about it if I wasn’t paying for this site.  But Pogo could care less IMO, is impossible to communicate with, and does nothing to assist us.

What is the error message?
