When I couldn't get in touch with Answers HQ I reported it in Pogo Member forums & Badge Hungry where a friend said get in touch with Pogo_Sconnie, which I did. I have heard nothing back from him yet. I am no longer actually playing the game, just go in daily to get my freebies. I'm too tired & sick to chase this any longer, ugh
Hello! Sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration. Answers HQ no longer exists; it is now EA Forums 🙂 (where we are now). This change happened in early 2025. As for trying to get a refund from Pogo_Sconnie, I would not necessarily advise that as the direct step.
As Pogo players we have EA accounts, this is already setup for us here > EA HELP just log in and you can review history, make account changes and contact EA Help directly.
