Solitaire Home Story


I was working on a badge in Solitaire Home Story when I spent 55 gems for a power up Patch Bundle.

My gem transaction history shows the purchase and 55 gems were deducted.

The Patch Bundle included 1500 leaf coins, 1 joker, 1 set of 3 extra cards, and 1 power up that removes 3 cards.

I never received anything that was in the Patch Bundle that I paid 55 gems for.

I started the game with 354 coins, won 50 in a spin and 50 in the game for a total of 454.

I wanted to spend 600 coins to purchase 5 extra cards.  That is why I purchased the Patch Bundle.

They took the 55 gems and never gave me anything that I paid for.

I wanted to report it here but every time I tried the Answers HQ site didnt exist & I couldnt!

Eventually asked a friend who told me to msg Pogo_Sconnie and I did on Aug 26. Have not received anything from him yet, not even a msg saying he'd received my message!

So I'm not actually playing the game atm, just go in daily for the freebies; and take screenshots every time I do.

Has any1 else had this happen?

If you'd like a screenshot of my account  where it shows I bought the Patch Bundle, now called Base Bundlle, on Aug 20th, I can do that.
