Troubleshooting steps for Windows to get you back in the game:

• Clear your Browsers Cache and Cookies
• Check for Browser and System Updates
• Graphics driver update: Outdated drivers can cause rendering issues

Since you mentioned that the game goes to a white screen after finishing a level, this could be a sign of graphics or memory overload. If your device is low on resources like RAM or GPU power, it might struggle to render the next screen—especially when graphic intensive. 

Additionally, a weak or unstable internet connection can cause the game to hang or fail to load properly.

I am also having problems with Solitaire Home Story on a Windows desktop computer. After a level is completed, the screen goes white and I have to exit the gamw. When I return to the game it gives an error message that I have to restart my device. This is a problem. Please fix this.
