Solitare Home Problems

Can anyone who is still having major problems from as far back as Easter let me know. I'm ready to contact someone outside pogo about the lack of fixing something we paid for.

    As a fellow Pogo player, I wanted to extend my support to you and acknowledge your frustration. I empathize with you and others who are facing this challenge and are unable to participate in Events, Badge Marathons, and other site events due to this issue. 
     
    I have read all of your postings and others enduring the same issue.

    If this is any consolation, I am of the opinion that you and others are not intentionally being neglected and resolution is not purposely being delayed.
     
    It is probable that the delay is a result of EA's IT department not having the necessary authorization to implement programming changes or patches to the game, they do not have ownership. This is owned and developed by Softgames.
     
    Softgames may not be treating this issue with the seriousness it deserves, or they may lack the expertise to address the problem on an external platform. They are a small company in Berlin, Germany with around 95 employees.
     
    I assume EA/Pogo is currently facing a situation similar to that of players, they are awaiting a response from Softgames with a solid solution. By this point I'm sure there have been numerous unsuccessful attempts.

    You sound like you work behind the so called wall of EA. My major problem is that they continue touse this game in daily,weekly and longer term badge contests which is a slap in the face. One one of the long term contests it was the 2nd one to do so many of us were left out.

    I was up to level 40 yesterday. I started it today and I am at level 36. I am replaying the levels but I would like you to give me an explanation as to why it reverted back several levels.
