I know this issue very well from trial and error in times past. When something takes 30 minutes to load, it’s not “loading” anymore — it’s struggling.
Why? Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, that relies heavy on our devices to be clean, updated and have room to move. Each game is like going to a mini gaming site - this takes far more resources than shopping at our favorite website.
Browsers act like Carbonless Receipt Paper that have a white copy on top that transfers to a yellow and pink copy underneath - its storing and copying everything you are doing, so it can recreate our previous experience quickly. Plus, your device is trying to load popup ads at the same time, along with the game = even more resources needed (Ram & Memory).
The best advice I can give you is deep clean your device, big time.
Here in EA Pogo Forums we can give basic troubleshooting advice, for deep cleans I recommend finding a video online for your specific device, search something like "How To Clear Cache, Junk, & Temp Files – Boost PC Performance" (remember its copying and storing everything you do and over time this builds up, especially if you've had your computer a few years).
Another issue I would like to talk about is Power Cycling! Most of us leave our internet on 24/7. Our internet routers need a break, they run firmware, manage memory, handle constant traffic, and can benefit with a bit of upkeep (this can also help with speed/loading). How do you Power Cycle your device? Turn it off for a few minutes and plug it back in. 🎉Please do this monthly.

The good news is that none of this points to an actual virus, but it does point to something that needs attention. I am confident if you deep clean your device and check your router/internet you will see a bit of improvement. I play the game as well and I would not wait 30 minutes for this game or any game to take this long to load either, lol.
