spades cards won't load
I'm trying to play Spades, but my cards won't load into the game. The room loads, the bidding loads, but not the cards. The game does play but I can't see any of the cards being played????? Anybody e...

Hello! I double checked the game on my side using an HP computer with Edge, and I was able to play. I can also see one of my friends playing Spades as well.
Would you mind trying some troubleshooting steps to see if this will help resolve the problem?
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Temporary files or corrupted cookies might be causing issues. Clearing them often helps.

Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router and helps with updates. Additionally check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up!
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes or fails to update completely this could cause a lag in performance.

HI, thanks for the info but it's still not working. I had my brother in law check things out, he's my computer guy, and my laptop is new. He cleared the cache and looked thru your other suggestions. He checked Chrome and the games (spades and jungle gin), seemed to load ok, so the problem has to do with firefox. My version is up to date, and it was working on my old laptop. So I'm not sure what to check next, do you have any suggestions?? I'm going to put in a service request (or whatever you call it) with EA, and hopefully they can fix it.
