spam account warning

I got two identical spam messages in the Pogo email message area (not my regular email).  They said: Dear Pogo User, Your EA Account may be suspended or terminated as we see you are Interfering and...

I got the same message and called the number.  A woman told me that my account had to be deleted and asked for my password.  I hung up.

Yeah, I called the number and there was no answer.  An hour later I got a call from Los Angeles and I did not answer it.  She called back a few minutes later, so I answered it and I did not say anything.  She said she was going to suspended my account for not answering my phone. I said I believe POGO has been hacked and she hung up on me.  I blocked her on my inbox.
