Still having problems with ads

I have a free account and still have problems with ads not working.  Once in a while, there is a ten second ad.  The ten second ads still do not play.  Nothing happens, and I have to reload the game....

    Someone from EA must have been listening, because almost all of the problem ads have gone away.  Yes, once I tried clearing the cookies just for Pogo, and it worked for a while.  I had to relog in with my user name and password again though.
