SWEET TOOTH KEEPS FREEZING UP

Sweet tooth challenge    How can I complete the Challenge if the game keeps freezing up?

    Hi @jgirl37_ 

     

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

    I have a master's in technology and know it's not my computer. I've cleaned cookies and everything else. The game keeps freezing and I've wasted power ups☹️ VERY unhappy and cant complete the challenge...please fix the issue.
