I'd like to look into this for you to see what may be going on with that level for you.
Are there any other levels that you're having this issue with, or is it specifically Ice Cream level 32?
In case the Pogo team requests it, can you share your Pogo Compatibility Tool information for your PC or Mac? If you're on a mobile or tablet instead, just let me know.

One thing that I would recommend if you use a PC or Mac to access Pogo, is to run through our HTML5 troubleshooting. Please give that a try and let me know how it works for you.

Hi there,
Yes, sorry. I hadn't logged onto Pogo for a couple of days. Frustrated with the issue. I'll try the link you provided, but the issue has now occurred on 2 completely separate computers (like not in even in the same house) and yes, the issue so far seems to be specifically on that level only. None of the other games or levels have given me this issue so far. I just tried to play again and it froze....again.

Thanks for the information. Although you did mention it was on multiple machines, if you can share your Pogo Compatibility Tool system information, just for the Pogo team's informational purposes, it would help a lot.
