Sweet Tooth Town "Sweet Play"

Freezes whenever I'm 2 - 4 moves away from the end. On top of being a useless feature, it doesn't work properly. Please fix or eliminate completely.

Sweet Play Level 59 of Sweet Tooth Town. I have been playing this level for several weeks. Every single time that I collect 2 wrapped candies, this level freezes. So I am basically stuck as due to it freezing every single time after collection 2 wrapped candies. If you are playing regular Sweet Tooth Town and click next level, it automatically puts me back to Sweet Play Level 59 as that is the level that always freezes when I collect two of the three wrapped candies. This is very tiresome and frustrating so I only struggle with Sweet Tooth Town for challenges. Gone is the enjoyment of this game. Can someone look into what this issue is please. Thank you

I left this message 2 months ago and the issue still hasn't been fixed. Most of the challenges require Sweet Play and for example making jelly bombs in level 59 is next to impossible so why try.... I know I'm not the only one stuck at level 59 as no one can progress forward to level 60
