Thousand Island Solitaire Cards Not Going In Correct Place

I've been playing this game for days now. There is a consistent problem w/which pile the card you select goes. Sometimes, if you click a card to put in a ships pile, it will just add another card to the top of your main pile. If you try to switch cards from your main pile to your 2nd pile, it will add a card to the top of your main pile. Obviously, this is a problem because you only have 2 cannon shots for the game and you don't want to waste them on game glitches. Trying to complete the game w/out the missing cards is often impossible. Can we get this taken care of, please?

    Hey there, @BluByu10. I'm just checking in. Have you had a chance to try the game at 100% (default) zoom yet?

    Hey there, @BluByu10.

    Let's see if we can track down what's going on here. I have a few questions to get us started.

    • Is this on a PC, Mac, phone or tablet?
    • For input, are you using a mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen?
    • Do you have the browser's zoom level set to anything besides 100%?
    • What browser version are you running?

    Hey there, @BluByu10. Thanks so much for the reply!

    It's possible the 200% zoom may be causing an issue with the game recognizing where certain cards are. As the game resizes itself to the screen regardless of the zoom, can you try putting the browser at 100% (default zoom) and see if it works from there?

    Sorry to take so long getting back to you. Changing the zoom to 100% seems to have done the trick. I played the game many times and never had any issues. It's those odd things that always trip me up. Thanks so much!
